Helping and Being Helped

This interactive presentation will discuss the various aspects of help - asking for it, giving it, receiving it, and refusing to receive or give it. Looking at SMART Goals as well as open-versus closed-questions, we will look at how we can phrase requests for help, and how we can offer to help others. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to ask for help, and how to overcome the often-held preconception that needing help is a sign of weakness.
