Information Technology Services is excited to go live with SUNY Empire's new service management system, Team Dynamix. This presentation will review how to navigate the new portal and ticketing system. This includes an overview of the following topics: Submitting tickets and service requests through the client (customer) portal, basic ticket handling as a user (technician), and navigating the Knowledge Base.
