of the incoming presidential administration on the cusp of Inauguration Day,
and how representation at the highest levels of leadership can help shift the
conversation surrounding socio-political issues impacting underrepresented
communities. Panelists include Erin Young, associate professor in the School
for Undergraduate Studies, Himanee Gupta-Carlson, associate professor and
associate department chair for the School for Undergraduate Studies, and Roberta
McCulloch Dews, current SUNY Empire student and director of administrative
services for the city of Pittsfield's mayor's office.
