E-learning platforms are tools and means of interacting with students. A default template shell always needs customization to adequately, easily, and simply address course-related material.
Professors are always encouraged to modify the default template platform to make the course shell more attractive, easy to navigate, and engaging.
This requires tweaking the shell by adding, modifying materials, and/or removing unnecessary ones.
Editing the default shell requires time, web design knowledge, and sometimes graphic design talents.
